DC254, Fall 1906 - alwayshunted   (Sep 09, 2009, 11:16 am)
Well.... it looks like you guys have things all wrapped up. Kind of an interesting voting procedure. Anyhow, I will send out a final summary and get the details to the club moderators, assuming that noone objects to this draw. There is a requirement that all surviving players agree, and I have to go back through my mail to make sure that happened.

Talk soon....

Good game everyone, it was a lot of fun! This was my first Diplomacy game that I've actually finished. The only other attempt was a face to face game that ended after 4 hours and was only on turn 3.

I think that makes all of us agreeing to the draw.

So let me be the first to congratulate Marshall, Jeff and Chris. None of you bastards would work with me during my fleeting time in this game, and you obviously needed to stab and betray various others to get to this point. So while you may not be fine fellows, you certainly have the requisite skills to thrive at Diplomacy! Wink

Well done...

Okay, here we go. There are some interesting developments. Germany gains an Italian center, but generously? donates his build to the British. In fact England did quite well this turn, and has three builds due. The only other adjustment is for Italy, who must remove one.

Adjustments are due on Monday, September 7, 17:00 MDT. Remember that if I get orders from both parties that are clearly marked as final orders, I can adjudicate early.

Well.... it looks like you guys have things all wrapped up. Kind of an interesting voting procedure. Anyhow, I will send out a final summary and get the details to the club moderators, assuming that noone objects to this draw. There is a requirement that all surviving players agree, and I have to go back through my mail to make sure that happened.

Talk soon....

Hello all,

Your absent GM has returned from his travels, at least for now, and will be taking over the game from Mike once again. MIKE! Thanks a million for stepping in and running things while work kept me away from the internet.

So, I think Mike's deadline is just fine, so we'll run with it for fall 05. That's on Monday, in three days.

Mike, it appears that most people haven't been ccing me on their orders, so as a last favour could you please forward anything you receive to me? Thanks! If Monday rolls around and I'm missing anything I will contact you as well to make sure.

Sorry for any confusion folks. Please send all future orders to me.

Cheers,

Warren

Cheers,

Warren

A couple units get popped this turn as things get worse for France, and Austria claims some revenge - but will it be enough to save him with the Germans in Vienna?

NEXT: Fall 05 due next Monday 8/17, 6pm Central / 2300 GMT.

Enjoy,
