As I read the orders, you are correct.  The Italian moves A
Mor-Spa and F Gib C A Mor-Spa are valid and unopposed.  The convoy
succeeds.


 


Yes, this is one of the limitations of Realpolitik when it comes to
1900.  I'm glad you caught this adjudication error.
