Felix’s Fabulous House Rules: 1. House Rules ( if different from below) will be identified per Game at the GM’s discretion. 2. Variant Rules will be identified per Game at the GM’s discretion, dependent on variant type. ====General House Rules========= 23.59 MIDNITE EST GMT-4 Standard Deadline Times Accepted all abbreviations. Confused Abbreviations will be queried to the appropriate players who have 12 hours to confirm orders or that ambiguous order will be invalidated. NMR: Each player has ONE ‘free NMR’ card a game, if a player fails to meet the deadline he will be sent privately a notice to submit moves. GM may or may not inform the other players, if informed all moves are ironclad. After that warning 24 hour grace is given. The player goes into CD. All units holds, if dislodged, unit is disbanded. (Unless Variant Rules specifies differently) After TWO consecutive NMR’s a player is replaced and BANNED from all future games with said GM. Replacements will be sought at the discretion of the GM. Otherwise, the game will go on With the country in C.D. (Said player of country will be banned from all future GM games) PLAYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONFIRMATION OF MOVES FROM THE GM. NO CONFIRMATION MEANS NO MOVES RECEIVED. Each player is allowed one 3 day extension period, unless previously voiced at the start of the game, extensions are granted within 24 hours of the Deadline only. Extreme circumstances will of course be considered. Except in the case of FOW, retreats will be at the discretion of the GM, players will have 12 hours to amend the retreat. (Unless players ask at the beginning of the game to extend said Retreat rule).
