Congratulations to Kevin.

I have taken the liberty of retreating the Turkish army to
Constantinopole (it's own retreat).
Now due to either very careful planning or Keller throwing a 'spanner'
in the best laid alliance at the end of the game, but Germany has
acquired his 18 SC and won this game.
Congratulations to Kevin.
Final Positions.
1st and SOLOing with German - Kevin Douglass on 18 SC.
2nd and Surviving with England - Jeff Shannon on 12 SC
3rd and Surviving with Turkey - Keller Hoak on 4 SC
4th and Just Eliminated this Winter - Shawn Douglass
5th Bill Barrett as Austria and Marc Gidwani as France eliminated in
1905.
7th Frank Gidwani as Russia eliminated in 1903.
I hope you enjoyed the game and may considering playing another with us.

if you want to submit sets of 'final' moves earlier in the week.. i can

Foolishly, the Turks have refused to surrender and have requested that Germany and England squash them until no Turks remain on the face of the earth. I have advised the Turks that England and Germany intend to split the victory and collect 18 supply centers each. The Turks say “bring it on.” And so, dear Turks, enjoy the demolition.

Dc120 Fall 1907 - test_gm (Sep 13, 2007, 12:00 am) |
There are not enough SC for both England and Germany to get 18 SC each. and the first player to reach 18 SC will win.
However, these are your options.
1) Proposed a Draw between german and england. However everyone who has a SC left (which is still Italy at this point)
has to vote yes.
2) Get both you and england to 17 SC each (eliminate turkey and italy) and then propose the draw.
3) Create a stalemate situation on the board where turkey cannot break through and gain ground and the game can then be
called a stalemate (however all countries with a SC, wuld share in that draw).
if Turkey will not vote Yes for a proposed draw, you really only have option 2.

Stephen,
Please provide advice regarding the rules of the game. Can we have joint winners at 18 supply centers a piece?
The Turkish tribal leader appears to be delusional. Very sad.

I forgot there were only 34 supply centers.
We certainly are not interested in sharing anything with the Turks.
Jeff, it looks like option 2.
Turks, we look forward to learning what piece you intend to remove so that you can be more easily annihilated.
Turks—why don’t you just surrender and concede that you have been beaten?

Autumn 1908
I have taken the liberty of retreating the Turkish army to Constantinopole (it's own retreat).
Now due to either very careful planning or Keller throwing a 'spanner' in the best laid alliance at the end of the game, but Germany has acquired his 18 SC and won this game.
5th Bill Barrett as Austria and Marc Gidwani as France eliminated in 1905.
7th Frank Gidwani as Russia eliminated in 1903.
I hope you enjoyed the game and may considering playing another with us. Feel free to share your End of Game statements and comments with me.
