dc370 s07 results! - FuzzyLogic   (May 16, 2011, 3:22 pm)
Early reminder this time, f07 is due in about 24 hours!  There is also a 4-way draw on the table.

Enjoy,

With a surprising lack of orders from Turkey, everyone else shifts a bit to the east...

There is an EGP for a 4-way draw.  It would require 4 yes-votes to pass.

Fall 07 due Tuesday 5/17, 3pm Central.

Enjoy!

Turkey needed for Game Start! - Douglas_E_Fresh   (May 16, 2011, 3:48 am)
Game DC385 - Our Turkey has abandoned the game of 1900 before it has begun! - All players are waiting patiently and I am seeking a replacement to jump in and save our skins and get this game up and running as soon as possible. Suitable Dip time will be given to whichever star can fill the gap. Please email me at douglasefresh AT googlemail DOT com if you are ready and willing. Sorry - no newbies or players with a dodgy record for NMR/abandonments.

DC 347, Fall 1908 - alwayshunted   (May 13, 2011, 8:16 pm)
Things look grim for Italy, as he has but one dot left, and none of his units can get to it. Some other interesting developments in other areas of the map as well.... see for yourself.

Of course I can't generate a .gif file, so if one of you could oblige I'd be most appreciative. The RP file is attached.

Two retreats, which I'll make due on Monday evening, 17:00 MDT. I won't get to them until Tuesday sometime probably, but I'll be HOME then.... yahoo. Germany and Italy should send them asap unless you sent conditional retreats which I will use. I can adjudicate it over the weekend as well, so mark them FINAL if you can.

That's it. Here is the turn:

England:

F Baltic Sea Convoys A St Petersburg - Berlin

F Gulf of Bothnia Convoys A St Petersburg - Berlin

F North Sea Supports F Sweden - Denmark

F Norway - St Petersburg(nc)

Germany:

Italy:

F Adriatic Sea Supports F Apulia - Venice

A Galicia - Vienna

A Moscow Supports A Silesia - Warsaw (*Fails*)

DC376 WB11 Rd 2 - Winter 1907 Results - Corrino   (May 13, 2011, 7:28 pm)
Hey Guys,

Just found five minutes to sneak these in before I rush off to be the social butterfly.  Tonight I have a party to attend that I forgot about until this morning.  When I get home, I have to prepare for the charity flea market my wife signed on for (on Wednesday) for tomorrow morning.

Oh, and Sunday is my wife's birthday.  Shopping done to this point?  Zilch.  Yikes!

Our lone amusing anecdote is that one of you (can you guess?) sent me no fewer than EIGHT sets of orders for this season.  Smile

Germany:
Remove F English Channel

Italy:
Remove A Clyde

Russia:
Build A St Petersburg

Turkey:
Build F Smyrna

NEXT DEADLINE:  Spring 1908 orders are due Monday, May 16, at 18:00
Eastern time.

Cheers,
Chris

Pretty much agree with Italy. With E-F-G so united Russia has to be free to
face them alone in the North. I imagine Turkey got frustrated being so boxed in
and decided to turn on me. Once I got hit from all sides not much I could do
except delay and try to stay alive while hoping E-F-G broke
up.

I
really messed this one up, partly because I had so little time to play, and
because juggling accessing via my work email during a holiday period led to a
couple of senseless NMRs. My distrust of Turkey derived from the tone of his
messages, and his attack on Russia. I had no idea the West was so strong
together. That???s it really. Mea Culpa!

DC377; EOG - stendaswargames   (May 13, 2011, 12:30 am)
I am going to do EOG now.

I really messed this one up, partly because I had so little time to play, and because juggling accessing via my work email during a holiday period led to a
couple of senseless NMRs. My distrust of Turkey derived from the tone of his messages, and his attack on Russia. I had no idea the West was so strong together. That’s it really. Mea Culpa!

Thanks everyone for a good game, and to Darryl for Gming so well!

Hope to play you all soon!

DC377; EOG (Winter Blitz) RICH3520 May 13, 08:45 am
Pretty much agree with Italy. With E-F-G so united Russia has to be free to
face them alone in the North. I imagine Turkey got frustrated being so boxed in
and decided to turn on me. Once I got hit from all sides not much I could do
except delay and try to stay alive while hoping E-F-G broke
up.
