EGP: none of the 4 proposals made it. Once more it was a very close call.
Arcolia and Laconia probe at eachother's borders but without much luck.
Laconia is increasing its presence in the southwest while Arcolia is doing something similar in the north.
Boeotia and Attica hold their place while Elia is on the move again.
Next is Fall 18. Deadline is Friday Mar 4 at 19:00 GMT.
Only one EGP for Fall 18: Arcolian-Laconian draw. Submit your vote with your Fall orders.
Any other EGP is welcome but will come up for voting with the Spring 19 orders.
NOTE: I made an error in the Winter 17 adjustments and had built the Laconian Army in SPA instead of PRA.
When I found out about it while doing Spring 18 adjudication I corrected the mistake. Don't think it had any impact considering that both SPA and PRA are nowhere near any other powers. Was anyone even aware?

Italy sails into MAO, as Germany turns his attention to the Italian fleet in the Irish Sea. Turkey, with assistance from Austria, marches into Prussia.
There is only one unit dislodged, but no summer retreat phase is necessary:
The Italian fleet in the Irish Sea has no valid retreats and is destroyed.
This lets us get back onto the normal Blitz schedule. Fall 1908 orders will be due Thursday, March 3 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT. Along with your orders, please cast your vote on the 4-way AGIT endgame proposal, which has been offered once again.

Actually, a n00b to this community, but an on-again, off-again Dip player for the last 30 years or so.
I was just wondering if there were any tips, suggestions, etc from the guys here to help me along in this. My first time trying pbem and am kind of geeked up about the idea. After all, Dip is the perfect game for this sort of thing.

Communicate... even if you're sure that no one will work with you, talk to them.
Prelims... get prelim orders in just to make sure you've got some. Nothing hurts more than "No Moves Received"
Stick Around... even if a game is going poorly, people will respect you for finishing it out.

I got stuck at a work function and couldn't get this out last night.
Pretty straight-forward turn with lots of positioning. Italy does lose Tun to France but that is the only real action as other forces position themselves for the battle royale that will be 1908.

I will give us until tomorrow at noon to have those in since this got out late. If Benjy and Jeremiah submit orders as FINAL before then I will update things and we can move on.

Amsterdam - The French Northern Fleets try unsuccessfully to break the Russian blockade. Fleet Amsterdam is trapped in port and destroyed by the White Army
moving westward from Kiel.
Belgrade - Russian troops in Trieste boldly switch fronts, catching the Ottoman forces in a surprise pincer movement and forcing the overmatched unit back into Bulgaria.
Venice - The Hapsburgs-in-Residence in Rome denounce the Russian occupiers of their homeland and announce joint maneuvers with the Ottoman naval forces. Austrian leaders seek to take the White generals by catching a lift with the Ottoman navy and convoying around Trieste to the Dalmatian coast.

It appears that none of us GM types got to the winter 1907 adjudication, so here it is. Germany raises two armies, while Italy builds another fleet.
Because we got behind, but I did receive prelims from most of you already, I'll set the spring 1908 deadline as Tuesday, March 1 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT. PLEASE be sure to let me know by tomorrow morning (US Central) if this is a problem.
Along with your spring 1908 orders, please be sure to cast your votes on the following endgame proposals:
* 4-way draw among Austria, Germany, Italy, and Turkey
* 3-way draw among Germany, Italy, and Turkey
