There are macros inside the file. However, they are not usable without the companion GameEngine file, which contains all of the "guts" of the adjudication engine. So, you can turn macros off

We are talking about Wizards. Among the many spells they practice are Repulsive Aura and Death Breath.

These spells can't be enacted instantly; they take several weeks to develop to full potency.
