Dc137 Fall 1907 - test_gm   (Sep 13, 2007, 12:00 am)
Dc137 Fall 1907

Okay - we're ready to go. 2 more players have used up that grace period, so remember that my deadlines are in AUSTRALIAN TIME.. which means you need to get your moves in say the day before the deadline states if you are in america or that morning if in Europe.

Especially for this fast paced express game.

1) The Vote did not pass.

Autumn 1907
There is really only one Autumn retreat as once France retreats he gets disbanded anyway.
Austria try and get this retreat to me in the next 48 hours if you can please/

Austrian A Bulgaria can retreat to Serbia or Rumania.
French A Burgundy can retreat to Picardy.

Winter 1907 is due Tuesday 8th at 9pm, Australian EST.
Austria - Even, Build 1 only if disband in Autumn.
Italy - Build 2.

I will assume that unless marked preliminary, Autumn and winter moves are FINAL and i will adjudicate approximate 24 hours after i receipt them.

and of course, France is eliminated. France if you wish to send me an EOG statement i will post it either now or at the end of game (your preference)

DC112 fall 1908 results - test_gm   (Sep 13, 2007, 12:00 am)
After a little break for New Year's, we return to find an NMR from France, so Italy's defensive moves prove unnecessary. Germany attempts to counter-attack at Berlin, but Russia cuts the support and instead boots the Kaiser out of Munich.

With Russia also taking control of Liverpool, Denmark, and Trieste, this game has reached its end. Tsar Andrew takes a 20 center solo. Congratulations, Andrew!
The final game map and RP files are attached. The RP file is pre-retreat. For the .gif image, I took the liberty of ordering the German retreat to Ruhr. I'll post the adjud once I can regain access to the club website.

I encourage all players, including the eliminated Archduke Jason, to submit an end-of-game (EOG) statement. Andrew, I think the club reqiures an EOG from soloists.

Thanks for playing, everyone. This has been my first effort as a GM, and while not everything went smoothly (especially with two CDs!), I definitely appreciate your patience and for sticking it out to the end.

Cory

DC136 - An Arch-Duke Replacement - test_gm   (Sep 13, 2007, 12:00 am)
Heya folks,

Unfortunately it appears that Nick, our intrepid Austrian, has lost his internet connection / been kidnapped by Columbian guerrillas / been beamed up by Scotty and/or otherwise been prevented from being in contact. With regret, I've sought out a replacement Arch-Duke. Please be kind enough to welcome Max, who has been kind enough to volunteer for the sure-suicidal position of Austria. Thanks for stepping in, Max. =)

Due to this minor revolution, we'll give a short deadline extension to allow time for Max to try to negotiate his way out of the coffin he's currently found himself in. Deadline for Spring 1903 orders will now be set for Tuesday, January 8th (11:59 PM GMT).

Cheers all!

There were some incorrect adjacencies corrected in the imperial1840.map
file for Realpolotik.

The corrected file is available at:
http://mainecav.org/diplomacy/Imperial1840/imperial1840.map and has a
Jan 6 date in it, it's a plug-in replacement for the existing .map
file. Note: this isn't the map itself, that is a .bmp file - this file
lists and defines the spaces on the map.

The zip file has been updated as well and is available at:
