Behind him the cheers,

Scythia will be voting YES for the DIAS.

I've already attached my vote to my submitted moves.

How about we all submit finals to get this game over and done with?

dc109 f209 BC builds! - test_gm   (Sep 13, 2007, 12:00 am)
Uhm - by building your fleets you reset the clock on the enforced DIAS.

Mike specifically stated in the Fall adjudication that builds would create a board-changing situation. This is why Persia didn't build for the second turn in a row.

When I saw your fleets, I assumed that you no longer wanted a DIAS...

dc145 GM - game - test_gm   (Sep 13, 2007, 12:00 am)
It appears that our Germany has disappeared from a couple games, this makes me feel he will not be sending orders for this game. I will seek a replacement for him.

If anyone has heard from Paul let me know and let him know I will be replacing him if I do not receive orders.

04 builds are out! Lots of new armies come into play… Where will they go next?

Spring 05 due: We were going 5-ish day turns this game, right?
So – Monday 1/21, 2pm Pacific!

Note if that is not enough time for anyone or the game seems rushed at all, let me know! Be happy to slow it to 7-days. Want to make sure nobody feels they don’t have sufficient time to get their negotiations in…

RP error? - test_gm   (Sep 13, 2007, 12:00 am)
I think I've found an error in how RP adjudicates things... am I a genius or is this old news?

Take this scenario...

RP adjudicates this as all moves fail.

However, I believe the Boh-Vie should succeed:

Nothing cuts the Russian support... Vie tries to, but we all know Vie-Gal does not cut support for an attack on Vie itself... unless he succeeds in dislodging Gal - which he doesnt, cuz of the standoff created by the Russian self-attack on Gal.

The Russian attack doesnt cut support either, cuz you cant cut your own support.

Thus the Russian Gal is a beleagured garrison, it stands firm, and it's support for the German should go thru, right?

Dc113 - End of Game - test_gm   (Sep 13, 2007, 12:00 am)
and then there was 2.. and they did choose the path of peace rather than the clash of swords.

Both France and Austria have voted YES to the concession of a solo to Austria.

Congratulations to Clayton Burnett who has played Austria magnificantly to a SOLO and to Bryce Moore who played France to the end of the game.

Both of you have now competed one game in DC and you are welcome to join any of our advertised games. I assure you they will have more active players than this one has.

ON a personal note, both of you would be more than welcome in any of my games. I also did enjoy the 'conversations/banter' that we had during the game.

You are welcome to submit 'end of game' statements if you like.

Final Standings
SOLO - Austria played by Clayton.
2nd - France played by Bryce.

Final year is Winter 1907.
