DC261 - Fall 1902 Results - aramis604   (Jul 15, 2009, 10:51 pm)
Ok, so I goofed it up again! $*#$(*#*)!!!! I swear I check the orders every time before I send out results, but I keep seeming to miss something. This is inexcusable on my part and I"m really sorry to keep doing this..

In any case, Norway did not move to Sweden, but supported Sweden. The result is that Norway is not dislodged and no retreat is required. I will send out the corrected gif format map along with the retreat results, but here is the DPY for anyone who uses realpolitik.

DC261 - Extneding Deadlines - aramis604   (Jul 14, 2009, 10:03 pm)
Since we are well into the summer season here I wanted to let everyone know about my policy on extending deadlines...

Generally speaking I ask for at least 48hours notice before a deadline before I'll consider extending it. This is not set in stone and if there is a good reason why an extension is needed with less than two days notice chances are good it'll happen.

[RE]DC261 - Missing Order Spring 1902 - Cool_Beans   (Jul 07, 2009, 12:56 am)
May I suggest that if moves haven’t been received from Turkey, Germany, Austria or Italy (France tells me he has submitted orders and I know that I have), we find a replacement player for those countries before carrying on?

Well, the deadline for Spring 1902 has passed and unfortunately I am missing some orders... but I will allow an additional 24 hours for everyone to get orders submitted.

If you have already submitted orders for this turn you may still send changes. I will however adjudicate as soon as I have orders from all players. If after 24 hours I am still missing orders I will adjudicate without them.

(sorry for the second email, I goofed the first one.)

Orders for Fall 1901 are in.

With the completion of the fall season we hear the first shots fired in the east when Warsaw is attacked by the Royal Army of Austria. The Czar is not caught off guard however and successfully repels the attack.

Confusion among the Turkish forces result in Rumania being well defended from the Black Sea, though the soldiers in Constantinople are at a loss over how to carry out their orders to join in the defense. Fortunately for Turkey Rumania was not contested and is safely secured.

With the coming winter, all forces repair to hold up until the Spring when the fighting will recommence. Reinforcements are requested to assemble around the home supply bases throughout Europe to aid in the various war efforts.

Austria :
F Albania - Greece
A Galicia - Warsaw (*Bounce*)

DC261 - Spring 1901 Results - aramis604   (Jun 17, 2009, 11:49 pm)
Here are the results for Spring 1901.

I would like to ask that each of you always double check that the orders you have sent me and what I post as the results match. I don't make many mistakes, but they probably will occur from time to time and the more eyes looking at it the better the chances that they are caught. Especially as the game gets more complex.

DC261 - Offical Game Start! - Kenshi777   (Jun 09, 2009, 5:17 pm)
Just a friendly note to all - while this Gmail address listed below is my primary address and the best one to use for me now, it is a good idea to send all messages to me to both screwtape777 AT gmail DOT com and benjamin DOT hester AT us DOT army DOT mil.

I will be away at annual training with the Army Reserves for most of July and a small part of August, and will likely only have access to my army email address.

Thanks, and hope everyone enjoys the game -
B.
