All,
Sadly England never responded to me so I am left with no choice but to NMR him which means his units hold in place. If he NMR's again he will be placed into anarchy and we move on [I, unlike other GM's, do not replace players that abandon; we just play on].
We had no retreats this round but we do have some adjustments due. If we could get those by 9am CST Wednesday morning we can move on. If I get orders marked final before then we will proceed. Adjustments are as follows:

Please please get them in. NMR's completely disrupt a game. Further, two NMR's back to back will earn a player a one-way ticket to an abandon [which is dealt with harshly by us evil DC mods].

Okay guys! Thanks for your patience. We are officially in the books and moving along. Interesting turn as everybody seemed to play it safe. We shall see what happens this time as countries vie for centers!
No real business to tend to this time as no retreats are needed. Therefore we will move right into Fall. Let's set the deadline for Fall as Monday the 21st at 6pm CST.

I should have FORCED preliminaries before continuing. When will I learn? I thought that since everyone was sooo diligent with confirmations that preliminaries was a formality. Alas it may not be.
We are missing one set of orders. Officially that player has 24 hours to get me orders or the position goes out to recruiting. That player knows who they are [I have sent them multiple reminders which is very out of character for me].
If we do not have them by this time tomorrow night, I will be forced to recruit a new player. I normally would just NMR them but since it is a gamestart and all...

I know we are still a ways out to the deadline. I just wanted to send a reminder that while we have until next week, provisionals are ALWAYS a good idea. To date, I have one set. I may not have been clear in my first note...for the newbies - you CAN submit multiple sets of orders and I will only use the last one. A good method to use to label them is as follows:
DC271 Cimarra: S01 English Orders [1]
Each subsequent set would simply increase the number in [] to indicate a more recent version.
So there you have it! A friendly GM reminder.
