Gentleman,
There's been every sort of stuff up with these moves, including some by the GM.
I am seeking clarification for some moves and plan to adjduicate in approximatelty 24 hours.
Just some pointers, if i could :-
1) please check the moves have dc115 somewhere in the title. Makes it a damm sight easier to find in the 50-100 emails i get daily.
2) if you dont get a confirmation from me, send again after 24 hours. (one player did this - thankyou...)
3) Check your moves as i dont check them in this game.

Firstly... your adjudication is coming through perseverance as it only took a mere 6 hours to get my computer to recognise it had an operating system. That said, my internet access will be intermittent until it gets fixed so dont rely on warnings for the next deadline. And it seems that the communication lines have broken down between many joint leaders.. or is it some sort of cunningly disguised plan to throw people off...
on sadder news, I have to replace Zach in this game as he has now missed 2 consectutive deadlines with no contact at all. If this was any other game, i would not seek a replacement but i feel there is a distinct advantage of one country only having one ruler so i will do the following:-
1) I will set the next deadline for ONE week's time.
2) During that week i will actively recruit for a replacement player.
3) If I appoint a replacement player - a new deadline will be set given that player exactly one week to negioate.
4) I 'may' begrudgingly adjudicate without another french leader if i cannot find one.
Players should at the moment, negiotate as if there was one French leader.
