Hello Everybody,
Short extension was given to help a person with a busy schedule (and so I could finish Monday Night Football: damn cowboys!) Anyway a lot of good pickups for people this first turn, with Spain really getting the short end of the stick thanks to Franco-Anglish relations.

Spanish A Portugal can retreat to Madrid or Seville.

Glad to see all the orders made it in on time and I didn't have to harass anybody. Looks like three big standoffs are set to happen this fall turn. One near Bielorussia, another near Georgia, and a final one near Switzerland. How will it all turn out? Get your orders in and we'll find out soon!

Its a brand new game, a brand new map, same old diplomacy! Just to clarify we have 11 players for a 10 player board. I've told the last person who joined that if he wants to step in as a replacement if we need one he'll be the first I contact.

Now lets get this underway! My apologies to one person, I couldn't give you one of your preferences. Everyone else got one of their top 3 picks. All I can say is my condolences, I hope you don't take it too hard and play the game to its fullest anyway. To everyone else most of you got one of your top 2 picks so I feel I did pretty good considering everyone wanted to play Turkey or Egypt!!
