Okay, sorry guys.  Sometimes other things just happen  Smile

Here is spring of 1904.  Once again some interesting developments.
Italy had one retreat from Vienna, but there was one option so I ran it. Alfred if you want it to go OTB instead please let me know! It's now sitting in Bohemia.

Assuming that Alfred wants to keep his army, we are now on to Fall 1904. Due next Monday, December 9, 18:00 MST.

Maps are attached.  Get those prelims in!

DC 463, Spring 1903 - alwayshunted   (Nov 07, 2013, 7:53 pm)
Hi guys,

A brief difficulty getting internet for me....  but onward we go.

We have two retreats after this spring, one each from Germany and Italy.  Note please that if you don't send me an order, you will be assumed to be retreating off the board.  This includes, in this case, the Italian fleet, Alfred.  So if you want to keep it, send me an order even though you only have one other option.

Retreats are due on Tuesday, November 12th at 18:00 MST, since I'm late with this and it's a long weekend up here in Canada for Remembrance Day.

German F Denmark can retreat to Baltic Sea or Kiel or OTB.
Italian F Greece can retreat to Albania or OTB.

I think that's it, maps are attached.

Dear all
Firstly many apologies for the lack of communication. A damp camping holiday followed by a flood of work has kept me out of the loop and I shall endeavour
to start reacquainting myself with you all. No doubt my silence has been interpreted as a prelude to a stab: not true! I want peace with everyone
J

Please forgive me, and hope to be in touch soon

Alrighty then... not one, but two requests for more time.

How about Tuesday?  I don't usually adjudicate anything on weekends, and Alfred will no doubt need a day to recover from camping.... so let's go with that.  Tuesday November 5, 18:00 MST.  Note the change from MDT to MST, which happens this Sunday.

Cheers,

Alrighty then... not one, but two requests for more time.

How about Tuesday?  I don't usually adjudicate anything on weekends, and Alfred will no doubt need a day to recover from camping.... so let's go with that.  Tuesday November 5, 18:00 MST.  Note the change from MDT to MST, which happens this Sunday.

Cheers,

Warren

Dear all
Firstly many apologies for the lack of communication. A damp camping holiday followed by a flood of work has kept me out of the loop and I shall endeavour
to start reacquainting myself with you all. No doubt my silence has been interpreted as a prelude to a stab: not true! I want peace with everyone

Please forgive me, and hope to be in touch soon

body {word-wrap: break-word; background-color:#ffffff;}Hey guys,

In my opinion this is going to turn into an Italian solo attempt rather than an I/T. I've done this before as Italy - check out DC 388. I was able to end the game quickly, as no one trusted each other enough to ally against me.

Alfred's already got a strong position against Turkey, so I don't see him not attacking East when he can. All he needs us to do is stay out if his way until the end-game.

Re: DC 463, Fall 1902

Gentlemen
Take note of the powerful position that Turkey and Italy are generating in this game. Before too long we will have to put aside our petty squabbles and collaborate to stop them running away with the game. Italy has been yanking everyone chains right from the start of the game and is accelerating towards a possible solo. I know it is only 1902, but I have never seen a game where Italy hits 7 in 2 years without going on to win the game.
We must do all that we can to stop a T-I alliance running away with this. Use all your skills to disrupt them. Russia- you have to turn south or they will blow you away. Germany- whatever Italy may be saying, YOU have to be his next target.

At long last....

Sorry guys, I went on a work field trip and didn't bring my own computer.  This certainly shouldn't happen again.

Austria takes it on the chin this year, to the benefit of Italy and Turkey.  Jason you had one retreat from Greece, and the only option was Albania.  Since you are disbanding anyhow, I just did it for you.

Winter adjustments are next, from Italy, Turkey and Austria.  Let's make it for Wednesday evening, 18:00 Mountain time.

Maps are attached.  Adjustments and Status are at the bottom of the adjudication.

Cheers, apologies again for the lateness,

Warren

DC 463, Fall 1902 - Slangers   (Oct 21, 2013, 2:03 pm)
Germany- whatever Italy may be saying, YOU have to be his next target.

body {word-wrap: break-word; background-color:#ffffff;}Hey guys,

In my opinion this is going to turn into an Italian solo attempt rather than an I/T. I've done this before as Italy - check out DC 388. I was able to end the game quickly, as no one trusted each other enough to ally against me.

Alfred's already got a strong position against Turkey, so I don't see him not attacking East when he can. All he needs us to do is stay out if his way until the end-game.
