dc444 Spring 04 adjudication mistake; readjudicati... - jerome777   (Feb 05, 2013, 2:12 am)
Hi everyone,
I've made a mistake with the adjudication for Spring 04.
Germany ordered his Sweden army to support Norway to hold, not to move to Norway.
I apologise for this error. I'll get a text re-adjudication out to you all as soon as I can, but as I'm at work maps will need to wait until this evening.
Hugh, I'd still appreciate your retreat asap so that I can put that in the new map and save any further confusion.
My sincere apologies to everyone.
Best,
Jerome

Austria ... well, I think we can agree they disband.

Then...

France
Build Fleet Brest
Germany
Disband Army Berlin
Turkey
Build Fleet Constantinople.

Spring 04 deadline is Monday, 4th February at 9pm GMT.

Due to various bounces, mistakes, and another NMR, only six units actually
move in this fall season, and no units are dislodged. It makes for a fairly simple winter, which will be due tomorrow. In other news, it has been confirmed that there is nothing illegal about impersonating another player... I guess we'll find out later if it works.

Remarkably, we have no retreats, no builds, and no disbands. Therefore, I get tomorrow evening off, and we proceed directly to Spring 04. The deadline is Monday 4 February, 2100GMT.

Best,

Oh dear. Austria, Austria, Austria.
They're not the only ones, but at least it's just retreats for France
and Russia.

Retreats due:
French A Burgundy can retreat to Paris or Gascony.
Russian F Norway can retreat to St Petersburg(nc) or Barents Sea or
Norwegian Sea or Skagerrak.
Austrian A Trieste can retreat to Tyrolia.
Austrian A Vienna can retreat to Bohemia or Tyrolia.

Then builds/disbands which should/might be:
Austria: Removes 2 units.
England: Builds 2 units.
France: Builds 1 unit.
Germany: Removes 1 unit.
Turkey: Builds 1 unit.
Remember that a retreating unit may disband and so on.

Both retreat and build/disband orders are due at 9pm GMT on Friday, 1
February. Build orders can be conditional, so you can write something
like "if France retreats to Paris the build X otherwise build Y".
Sorry, France, but I needed an example and used you.

Doesn't Australia have the option of retreating the army from per (in which case there would be no build)?  Or did he already indicate that he would disband?

Apologies to those who received "I've got no orders from you" and
worried the deadline was past. I just start to get worried when we're
within 24 hours of a deadline and I'm missing orders. Don't, however,
think this means you should expect a reminder. Some days I just don't
care.

It comes as no surprise that France has opted for the retreat, but here's a message making it official. I've also updated the map to include all of Italy's moves.

France:

A Belgium - Picardy

Let's keep that army in Picardy instead of slaughtering it.
