Something doesn't look right with my retreats. Why can the army go to abby but the fleet can't?

We have considered a DC app... I was gonna take a course in Android development until the local community college dropped it this fall quarter. Way to go public education cuts. There are several units which need retreats, but only the Turkish retreat has any option (I've auto-retreated the Russian units). We will run the Autumn and Winter turns simultaneously; the deadline is 9:00pm CDT on 20 October or 03:00 BST on 21 October. Adjustments and retreats are given below the orders.

I believe this game shows ample evidence that Ogre eating preferences are, in this order:
Samurai (come complete with their own toothpick)
Elves (I'm assuming the Keebler variety?)
Wizards (mmmm... magically delicious)
Hobbits (Bite sized fun)
Leprechauns (aye, the little people)
Magicians (really just a different flavor of Wizard)
Pirates (A need for something salty to wash down all that magical bitterness)
Dwarven bearded women are actually a strong deterrent evolved over many years of being preyed upon by rampaging Ogres, Trolls and Barbarians. It is for this reason that we hold our beautifully hairy women in such high regard. The beards are hot too.

One funny little turn of a move needs some explanation. The Knights ordered A Shady -> Sweets, F Cel C Shady -> Sweets, Gurgi S Shady -> Sweets.
Well, the convoy was disrupted by the dislodgement of Celestial. However, the army can move directly to Sweets, and with support, the move succeeds.
The original rulebook says all unit moves must be fully written, but later revisions allow for multi-route convoys as well as "convoy or not" if that is an option.
Personally, I'm a purist and like the original rule, but times change and RealWorld is written with updated rules.
A few retreats are necessary.
Adjustments for Fall 12. Deadline is Wednesday, 10/10
