Even a single no or a lack of vote period will cause the draw to fail. Should is succeed, the end game point breakdown will be:

Also, I've had questions about end-game proposals. Proposals are anonymous. I will only announce the proposal (ie: Italian solo, FG draw, etc), not who submitted it. Also, for it to pass, all active players must vote yes. A single no vote (or even someone not submitting a vote) will fail the vote. I will merely say whether the vote succeeds or fails, but not who voted for what. I will NOT say the voted failed 3-1 or anything like that.

Change to orders/results. Hugh has pointed out he ordered "F Mars-Spa" which, as only one coast is valid, is a valid order under the rules of this tournament. I didn't spot it, but realpolitik declared it an illegal coast. I have now changed it to "f mar - spa(sc)".

Change to orders/results. Hugh has pointed out he ordered "F Mars-Spa" which, as only one coast is valid, is a valid order under the rules of this tournament. I didn't spot it, but realpolitik declared it an illegal coast. I have now changed it to "f mar - spa(sc)".

Alright, I admit to dropping the ball on that one, although in part I have the internet connection, or lack thereof, at my new apartment to blame. France retreated to Toulouse, but Burgundy and England only find out about it now. Seriously, if it happens again, don't be reluctant to poke me about it.
Europe is apparently suffering from a sever fever, as winter is bypassed completely. No one gets a build this year. If we have two more such years of stalemate, I'll declare the game a DIAS by default.

Halfway through our tenth year, two centres change hands; Turkey makes a tactical retreat out of Greece, which falls to Austria, and assists Germany in capturing Sevastopol from the same Austrians. France puts himself in a better position in the Atlantic, but the west looks like it has reached an impasse unless, at least until someone guesses wrong. Following the Austrian assault on Turkey, Turkey seems to be playing kingmaker, and Germany moves with force past the frontier into territory viewed by Vienna as property of Austria. The only substantial threat to Germany appears to be the French F North Sea, but I'm rather limited in what I can observe.
One unit was disbanded this turn. Fall 1910 orders are due 11 March. I don't believe there are any draw proposals this turn; someone correct me if I'm in error about that.
