Also, I've had questions about end-game proposals. Proposals are anonymous. I will only announce the proposal (ie: Italian solo, FG draw, etc), not who submitted it. Also, for it to pass, all active players must vote yes. A single no vote (or even someone not submitting a vote) will fail the vote. I will merely say whether the vote succeeds or fails, but not who voted for what. I will NOT say the voted failed 3-1 or anything like that.

So Italy gets trounced this season, losing Venice and Budapest, and being ousted from Serbia. But he gets the chance for the last laugh with his retreat. Italian A Ven can retreat to Tus, Apu, or OTB. Italian A Ser can retreat to Rum, or OTB. 

Winter adjustments are:
France: +1 (+ven)
Germany: Even
Turkey: Even if Ser retreats Rum, +1 if Ser retreats OTB (+Bud, possibly - Rum)
Italy: -1 if Ven-(Tus or Apu) and Ser-(Rum or OTB). Even if Ven OTB and Ser-(Rum OR OTB). 

Retreats AND Builds/Disbands due tomorrow!
