MACEDONIAN KING ABDICATED!
THE ANTIGONID DYNASTY IS IN TURMOIL
October 220 B.C.
King Sean abdicated his throne and left Macedonia in a civil disorder. This results in a clash among his heirs. Only the heavens know who is the rightful one to claim the title as King of all Macedonia.
Mr. O'Donnel is on a vacation making him unavailable until November. So, he asked me recently to find a replacement for him. Thus, the game will be suspended until we find a new one.
We are currently finding a new player for Macedonia. I do hope you'll join us on the battlefield.[Reply] |

Is it just off your screen? If you moved it to a different screen sometime and now are operating without that screen it might just be off-screen.
A bad variant file will cause it to crash. So you could empty out the variants folder and see if it starts then.[Reply] |

Hi guys,
I've been having some trouble with realworld not launching properly. The program will launch but no window will open up.
I had a similar issue in the past that was fixed by launching it in compatibility mode, but this no longer seems to work.
Anyone experience a similar issue and find a fix?[Reply] |

Dear Diplomaticcorp community- I am launching a new eZine which offers the opportunity to play standard Diplomacy and Intimate Diplomacy at a slightly more leisurely pace. The intention is to run games to a 3-4 week turnaround and to go to a model where orders are made for the major turns and players have to order conditional orders for retreats and adjustments.

There is always a game open to join on this site- if you go to the Games tab and click on Open Games, the first on the list is always a game of standard Diplomacy as opposed to an exotic variant.
If you've never played before I'd suggest that you read the rules (see https://media.wizards.com/2015/downloads/ah/diplomacy_rules.pdf). A game is a long commitment- probably 3-4 months to complete. If you want to know more there are plenty of folk around who can advise you.
