DC287 - Winter 2003 - Viper   (May 14, 2010, 10:16 am)
Hey, so never believe me if I say I'll adjudicate after playing ultimate.  That won't ever happen.  By the time I'm back, re-hydrated and stretched, I'm no good for anything else.  Anyway, by the time I got down here this morning, I had all the necessary adjustments, so that's good.  I hate NMRing.  Here they are:

Quebec:
Build F Quebec

Mexico:
Disband A Panama

Amazon:
Disband F Chile
Disband F Skeleton Coast

Europe:
Disband F Norwegian Sea
Disband F Atlantic Ocean

Russia:

Build A Addis Ababa

Persia:

Build F Mumbai

Oceania:

Build F Jakarta

Next Deadline:
Spring 2004 is due on Wednesday, May 19, 1pm CDT.

DC287 - Newsflash - worldwidegm at gmail.com   (Apr 05, 2010, 12:34 pm)
***Newsflash***

Yesterday, Christians around the world celebrated the resurrection of their Lord.  Today, Worldwide Diplomacy players have another resurrection to celebrate: DC287.  I realize the game has appeared to be dead for much more than three days, so that's probably a poor comparison, but I thought maybe if I was witty you guys might be more willing to forgive me.

I won't bore you with the details of what happened unless you're really interested.  The result, however, is that I will no longer be treating this as a test game and more as a regular game.  To be clear, NMRs will now be adjudicated as such and grace will not be shown to unreceived orders.  The goal is to finish this game as quickly as possible from here on in.  I had eight sets of orders in before this lengthy break, so I will assume those and move forward from there.  I may have received more orders in the meantime, and if I did, I'll respond to them.  I haven't opened any of the emails from the interim... if I ever need a hit to my ego, I'll go back and read about how awful a gm I assume you think I am.

I am committed to finishing this game, and I am still excited to see what happens from here on in.  My apologies once again.

I'll set a deadline for the current set of moves of Wednesday, April 7, at 1pm CDT with a promise of adjudicating it that afternoon/evening.

To show our love for our mates down under the United Amalgamated Jungle States of Central and South Africa and Outlying Areas (UAJSCSAOA for short) will support this proposal for Oceanic victory.

Anyone else?

Oh and on other matters, we're all still on for the big stab of Oceania right?...

I think the only real way of solving it is giving victory to the Oceanic power and survivals to everyone else.

Hey guys... I'm starting to sound like a broken record here... the deadline has passed and once again, I'm short orders. It's one thing when there's just one set missing, but three? I'll check back in a few hours and if we're still at this state, I'll see if I can come up with some way to fix this problem we seem to be having.

DC287 - Three missing sets - ignite107   (Mar 02, 2010, 6:49 pm)
I think the only real way of solving it is giving victory to the Oceanic power and survivals to everyone else.

Hey guys... I'm starting to sound like a broken record here... the deadline has passed and once again, I'm short orders.  It's one thing when there's just one set missing, but three?  All orders I have have been recognized, so if you don't have that from me, I don't have orders from you.  I'll check back in a few hours and if we're still at this state, I'll see if I can come up with some way to fix this problem we seem to be having.

Well I'm glad I can help.  I'm currently involved in a standard game that's already had two abandonments and we haven't even gotten to 1901 Fall.  So I figured I should help some other game move along.
