Have no worries, I'm not CDing the guy! He just had an NMR. As my House Rules for this game clearly state, no matter the number of NMRs (the player could be in full-blown CD,) if a player submits orders for a turn, I will accept them. It may have been four game years since I heard from a player last, but I will still accept any legal orders submitted.

Michael in Italy missed the deadline, so his disband was done automatically.
Just so you guys are aware, the wonderful U.S. Navy has decided to put me on a short-notice deployment to Fort Gordon in Augusta, Georgia. I have to report on the 18th of this month, so I'll likely be out of contact for most of a week around that time.
