The End Game proposal has been shot down. The deadline stands for August 25th. If I receive all orders marked final I may adjudicate earlier.

I will be gone for part of next week so may be slow about answering any emails during that time.

There was some question about the 2 NMRing nations. Both players have checked in and will continue in the game.
