GM here made a big mistake. When I had to rebuild the .dpy file last turn I left an extra unit on the board. I though i had
compared everything closely but when i started to run this turn there was a problem.
The file i used to rebuild from had an Italian unit in Serbia at the time. Getting the units moved to the correct positions
i mistakenly left that Italian unit in Serbia giving him an extra unit to for this turn.
Since fall moves have not been revealed I think the best thing to do is send out a new map and .dpy (attached) then have
everyone submit new orders if they need to. So, send me new orders by tomorrow, Friday, September 23rd at 4pm eastern US time OR let me know if the current set is fine.
I am SO sorry. I just knew rebuilding the file was going to cause a problem.

dc388 Fall 1905 Results - fencertim (Sep 06, 2011, 5:41 pm) |
Sorry this is later than typical....busy day at work and i had some checking to do as you will see below.
Lots of interesting action for the fall. The Russian fleet in Sevastopol was forced to retreat but since it only had one place to go I sent it to the Black Sea. Off the board is the other option if you want that option instead Andrew please let me know, otherwise you can make the decision with the Winter phase.
I want to make a rules clarification here before i (possibly) get a question.
Self Dislodgment
A country cannot dislodge or support the dislodgment of one of its own units, even if that dislodgment is unexpected. This is the one time when support is refused or negated when it would otherwise be legal. However, such orders can be written for other reasons, such as creating a standoff.
This revolves around Germany supporting Burgundy - Ruhr. I do not know the circumstance behind this but just though i would throw the rule out there. I am not implying that there was a coordinated move here.
With the Russian retreat most likely taken care of let's move on to the Winter adjustments. Italy makes two builds while Russia has a removal. Let me set that deadline for Thursday, September 8th and 4pm eastern US time.
Map and .dpy are attached. Check for errors.

dc388 Spring 1905 Results - fencertim (Aug 30, 2011, 3:03 pm) |
Well, it was bound to happen sooner or
later. We need to say goodbye to Bret the Archduke. Although you still own a
center your only unit was forced to disband and you will not be able to retake
a home center to rebuild. Thank you very much for your prompt order submission
if you wish to submit an EOG, I will hang onto it until the end of the game and
publish it with the final results.
Italy makes huge ground as there seems to be another change of alliance in
the north. (was there actually ever an alliance there anyway?)
Fall deadline will be Tuesday September 6th
at 4pm eastern US
time OR if I get 6 sets of orders marked Final.
Map and .dpy are attached. Check for
errors.
Tim

I will be a little lenient on the deadline

dc388 Fall 1094 Results - fencertim (Aug 17, 2011, 3:46 pm) |
We have suffered a NMR, Russia failed
to submit orders for the fall and all of his units will hold. Andrew please
contact me in the next 24 hours and let me know if you are still interested in
playing the game.
No commentary today. It looks like we’ll
have an autumn move as France’s
fleet in the MAO has been forced to retreat. Justin, if you get that to me as
soon as you can I will set the winter deadline.
Map and .dpy are attached. Please check
for accuracy and report errors immediately.
Thanks, Tim
