Sorry this is later than typical....busy day at work and i had some checking to do as you will see below.

Lots of interesting action for the fall. The Russian fleet in Sevastopol was forced to retreat but since it only had one place to go I sent it to the Black Sea. Off the board is the other option if you want that option instead Andrew please let me know, otherwise you can make the decision with the Winter phase.

I want to make a rules clarification here before i (possibly) get a question.

Self Dislodgment

A country cannot dislodge or support the dislodgment of one of its own units, even if that dislodgment is unexpected. This is the one time when support is refused or negated when it would otherwise be legal. However, such orders can be written for other reasons, such as creating a standoff.

This revolves around Germany supporting Burgundy - Ruhr. I do not know the circumstance behind this but just though i would throw the rule out there. I am not implying that there was a coordinated move here.

With the Russian retreat most likely taken care of let's move on to the Winter adjustments. Italy makes two builds while Russia has a removal. Let me set that deadline for Thursday, September 8th and 4pm eastern US time.

Map and .dpy are attached. Check for errors.

Tim
