DC399 - Summer 2009 - Viper   (Jun 07, 2012, 10:54 am)
Hey all... apologies for the delay... this one's on me.  Partially that I'm too nice to people who don't get their moves in on time, and partially because I was off at Manitoba's largest table-top games convension over the weekend and came back to a lot of catching up to do.  So, without further delay, we have our three retreats and five end-game proposals for your perusal.  Please vote, as this will be everyone's last reminder that no vote is a 'no' vote.

Quebec:
F Tripoli - Ionian Sea
A Austria - Frankfurt

Sahara:
A Algiers - Niger

End Game Proposals:
1. Congo Solo
2. 3-way draw between Oceania, Amazon, and Persia
3. 4-way draw between Oceania, Amazon, Persia, and Quebec

4. 7-way draw between Mexico, Amazon, Sahara, Congo, Persia, China, and Oceania

5. 8-way draw including all survivors

Next Deadline:
Fall 2009 orders are due on Wednesday, June 13, at 3pm CDT.

ps. I'm thinking of speeding up the deadlines just to get everything moving more quickly.  Please let me know if you're opposed to that.

DC399 - Autumn 2008 - Viper   (May 17, 2012, 10:20 am)
Here's our retreat and the statistics telling you what I'm looking for in the Winter.  Note that with the official elimination of Europe, those in posession of his home supply centres may trade their own for his.  So, Quebec and Persia, let me know if you would like to assume any of those supply centres.  That would happen after building.

Mexico:
F Arctic Ocean - Baffin Bay

Stats for Adjustments:
Quebec has 17 sc's - 17 units = No Adjustment Necessary
Mexico has 1 sc - 3 units = 2 disbands
Amazon has 15 sc's - 12 units = 3 builds

Europe has 0 sc's - 0 units = No Adjustment Necessary
Sahara has 3 sc's - 4 units = 1 disband
Congo has 1 sc - 1 unit = No Adjustment Necessary
Persia has 14 sc's - 13 units = 1 build
China has 3 sc's - 4 units = 1 disband

Oceania has 16 sc's - 13 units = 3 builds

Next Deadline:
Winter 2008 adjustments are due on Monday, May 21, at 3pm CDT.

Well, well.  Here comes some interesting news: we have our first EG proposal.  Can't say I'm surprised.  More on that later.

The summer retreats leave Europe with no chance of coming back. Evidently, it's better to die in Moscow than be chased into the north.  Can't say I disagree.

NOTE: This proposal requires a yes vote from all active players including Europe, who is still considered active despite having no units.
