Well, well.  Here comes some interesting news: we have our first EG proposal.  Can't say I'm surprised.  More on that later.

The summer retreats leave Europe with no chance of coming back. Evidently, it's better to die in Moscow than be chased into the north.  Can't say I disagree.

Draw Proposal:
4-way draw between Amazon, Oceania, Persia, and Quebec.

NOTE: This proposal requires a yes vote from all active players including Europe, who is still considered active despite having no units.

Fall 2008 moves accompanied by your vote on the propsal are due on Monday, May 14, at 3pm CDT.
