For the record, I thought that supporting a German Circle Jerk WAS a valid order?

Wow. One unit ordered to move, 2 nations ordered all Hold, One nation ordered an invalid support order, and we are left just where we were before.
We also have a proposal for an I/G/R 3-way draw. The English resistance they added a year to the war has failed, and the weary survivors are prepared to vote on Peace.

England is Eliminated, and Italy gets one build.
Please vote with the build, I will call the game if I get 4 Yes's before the deadline.

Due Wednesday, Feb 18th.

Thanks!

Not sure what to say here, The Russians got drunk on their winter store of Vodka and did nothing. The French continue to ravage Brittan but have a misqueue with the Italian forces at Breast. The Germans almost manage a full circle jerk of their entire central forces, and England prepares to scuttle their last navy.

1914 is not quite over, we have one retreat as England is Ejected from Norway.
I will take Builds with the Retreats though as England (and can only go to Finland or OTB) has 2 disbands, thanks to a very sneaky french Convoy on Italian ships to sack Liverpool.

We also have a call for a three way draw between Russia, Germany and Italy, with Survivorships for France and England.
As that is 29 SCs to 5, it sounds like a good deal Wink

Votes with the build orders, due Friday.
Germany and Russia each build one, England Disbands 2

DC 164 - Arctic Warriors - Fall 1913 - Githraine   (Jan 06, 2009, 11:05 am)
This is the war that never ends, it just goes on and on..... Oh, Hi everybody!
Just thought you would like to know, the only 'active' game that had been running longer then ours (a Fog of War variant with a ton of players) finished, leaving us holding the field! The next oldest game is 180. 24 game starts after us, and in year 1910.
I am having trouble linking the Map right now, it is on DC and I will send it as soon as Yahoo decides to play nice.

We had a lot of movement this fall, The Germans and Italians advance north and west and the Brits are shoved almost completely off the continent!
France Gains Breast but loses Marseilles, and is nor totally flanked by Italy.
Russia continues to sit in the backfield, the Sleeping Bear. Maybe that ejection from the Ionian Sea will wake her?

The Russian Fleet can retreat to Greece, the Aegean Sea, the Eastern Mediterranean, or OTB
After that, the Brits must Disband one, the Germans get to build one.

Lets get all those orders in by Friday, Jan 9th.

DC 164 - Arctic Warriors - Spring 1913 Results - Githraine   (Dec 19, 2008, 9:49 am)
Quite a bit of movement as the course of the war continues to shift.
England and Germany manage to trade Sweden for Belgium, but the Germans capture the North Sea and Italy pushes deep into the west.

Sweden (German) can retreat to the Baltic, Gulf of Bothnia, or the Skagerrak.
The North Sea (English) can retreat to the Norwegian sea, the Skagerrak, the Helgoland Bight, the Channel, London, Yorkshire, or Edinburgh.
Retreat orders on Tuesday, Dec 23rd please.

If anyone has timing issues around the Holidays please let me know so we can accommodate them. I will keep the game going straight through if I can.
