Dc181 Spring 1906 - test_gm   (Sep 13, 2007, 12:00 am)
Dc181 Spring 1906

PRESS from England
Although the Queen was in favor of a Solo, her Cabinet voted it down.
So England votes in favor of either Draw proposal.

The Austria - Italy draw proposal was unsuccessful.
The Austria - Germnay draw proposal was voted down.
The Austria - Germany - Italy draw proposal was passed.

YES - against seemingly all odds, this game is now at an end.

Personally from a GMing perspective, I am glad that I did not have to replace David (Italy) in this game and it seemed nice that Eric (France) and Frank (England) survived (even if Frank did make fun of my laptop issues).

I am sure everyone will appreciate some end of game statements especialyl considering the number of draw proposals that failed. I'm also surprised that Austria did not push the game a little further so would like to know Kev's thoughts on that.

Feel free to send end of game statements to this thread as well as dc181(at)diplomaticcorp.com (dc181(at)diplomaticcorp.com)

It was a pleasure finishing this game off for Doug.

Dc181 Winter 1905 - test_gm   (Sep 13, 2007, 12:00 am)
Dc181 Winter 1905

GM - Apology for the delay. It is not wise to combine a night of heavy drinking with a long drive with a girlfriend. I'm still recovering (and being punished).

I have NOT heard from Italy. If I do not hear from Italy by the Spring deadline, I will hold the game pending a replacement.

There are now 3 draw proposals on the table for Spring 1905.

Proposal 1 An AGI draw

Proposal 2 An AI draw

Proposal 3 An AG Draw

NOTE - if both the AI and AG pass, the AI takes precedence as it was proposed first.

Austria:
Build F Trieste
Build A Vienna
Build A Budapest

Germany:
Build A Kiel

Italy: NO DISBAND RECEIVED.
Remove F North Atlantic Ocean

Russia:
Remove F Skagerrak
Remove F Finland

Spring 1905 is due next Wednesday 1st October, 5pm Australian EST.

Dc181 Fall 1905 - test_gm   (Sep 13, 2007, 12:00 am)
Hi Steve, the English survived Russia too. Maybe I should consider Solo?

For Spring 06:
Although the Queen was in favor of a Solo, her Cabinet voted it down.
So England votes in favor of either Draw proposal.

Very prelim orders: F LON - YOR.
