Dear Players,

As requested by one of our players, I shall be using the DC house rules to adjudicate should any questions come up.

Other than the starting positions, our game has no other abberations from the standard rule set, but I urge you to contact me if anything is not clear about the game.
PLEASE REMEMBER: You may only build in the standard home centres for each power.
