Hey Everyone,

I have given Eugene plenty of time to respond and he has failed to do so. I will seek a replacement for him as soon as possible. Since Italy has no Fall retreats or winter builds we should be able to get a new one into the game pretty smoothly without having to suspend the game again. I regret this inconvenience as much as all of you. Eugene if you get this I will re-accept you into the game if you come forward before a replacement can be found.
