So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Folks,
Just a reminder that the deadline for Winter 1454 is tomorrow afternoon, 2pm CDT. I am missing two sets of orders.
Also, don't rely on a late work day on my part to give you an extra several hours - I work Sundays, so Fridays are the first day of my weekend. ;o)
