I apologize to everyone. i was traveling internationally and was unable to access the internet as frequently and for as long as necessary. I am back and sorry to have further mucked up the game.

No retreat from France. Just so that we are all on the same page, this is what will occir if France NMRs in Fall 1907 (a possibility we have to consider)

If France fails to submit moves for Fall 1907 then

1) France will NMR and it's units will hold.
2) France will vote NO to any current proposed EGP.

3) France will then go into CD
4) any autumn retreats will be automatically disbanded.

Annoying - YES very.

France:
F Mid-Atlantic Ocean, no move received

Russia:
A Warsaw - Silesia

Dc229 Fall 1907 will be due next Tuesday 14th May. Hopefully the week long deadline will give out French player time to come back.
