So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Folks,
We've already got a new Spanish king. Please welcome Rodrigo Yanez.
I actually had two applicants to this position, which is impressive since we had such a hard time filling the game initially. Thanks to Rodrigo for saving us, and to the rest of you for sticking with it.
