The Good news is that I heard from Kevin (Turkey). The bad news is that he still failed to send me moves. This means Turkey suffers another NMR but because i have heard from Kevin - I am not placing Turkey in CD. Given that the next deadline I'm hoping for moves.

Turkish A Bulgaria can retreat to Constantinople.
German A Munich can retreat to Kiel.

I have made both of these retreats. Both Turkey and Germany can elect to disband the unit with their winter moves if they want.

Winter 1913 is due Tuesday 19th May at 7pm Australian DST.

Austria: Build 2

Turkey: Remove 1

Germany: If disband in Autumn you can waive a Build or Build F Kiel.
