With regrets, I have to let you all know that Rachael has voluntarily resigned as GM of DC-212.  She has asked me to step in for her and bring the game over the finish line.  Both she and I apologize for this slight bump in the road.


With regards to the English situation, after much review it has been decided that Greg will be allowed to resume the position of England.  The Fall 1910 turn will be re-run incorporating an English NMR.  William will be offered the very next spot in a standard game.


Please note that this does not mean that Rachael did anything wrong in replacing Greg originally.  That was her call to make at the time.  The decision to reinstate Greg was made for game continuity purposes, the theory being that if they still wish to play then it is better to go with the original players.


My house rules are attached - these are what we will be following.  However, in order to give you time to review them we will not implement them until after the Spring 1911 turn.
