I was asked why the short turn around on the votes and the answer is a vote must be unanimous to be successful and when I got the first no vote for each one I shut down both votes. I try to keep it simple so that part can go just that quick.
Hope that explains to all have a good day adjudication coming soon (an hour and a half or so).
