I've got both orders in, so I'm going ahead and adjudicating early.

Turkey:
Build F Smyrna

England and Turkey have both requested to speed up the turns, as we're
now in endgame. France, if you object please let me know.

If France does not object, the deadline for Spring 1911 will be
Thursday, August 27, 2009, at 05:00GMT.
