So I received the retreats before the deadline, so I thought I'd let
everyone know what they are so that I don't have to deal with
conditional adjustments. England disbands both F Nwy and F StP(nc), and
Italy retreats A Ven - Rom. The deadline for Winter 1903 adjustments
remains this Thursday, August 26, at 9 pm eastern. I have received (and
confirmed) many adjustments already but I am still missing some; I am
hereby returning to my house rules on retreats and adjustments and will
adjudicate as soon as I have orders from all required parties. The new
adjustments due are below.
