Well, if you wish, we can include the vote for a Russian solo with the next deadline. Everyone (including Germany) must approve the proposal for it to pass. Everyone, please include your vote with your orders.

Am I right in thinking that you can only propose EOG arrangements at adjudications?

If so, can I propose an immediate Russian solo with this e-mail? Will it pass if no one objects?
