Hello Everybody,
Sorry this is late, needed to use a grace period, but I got all the orders now so lets head on into Fall 1999. Looks like we have to say goodbye to Turkey, which is no surprise since he's been in Civil Disorder for over a year now. Russia makes his departure as well, Thank you Jeff for playing it out until the very end: Makes it a lot easier for the GM. In other news an opportunistic Germany makes good gains behind English lines.

Two retreats this season, I'm going to automatically retreat British fleet to Gibralter, while the Russian army has to go OTB.
