I have received no moves from France. As per my house rules, France gets a grace period of 24 hours from the initial
deadline to submit moves.

Anyone is welcome to change their moves during this time, but i will be ajdudicating as soon as i received France's moves.

Jason B has graciously volunteered to take over in Germany in the absence of the previous Kaiser.

I am leaving on vacation starting Thursday, and Stephen has agreed to be the substitute GM while I'm gone. Since I am leaving so soon I will allow Stephen to set the next deadline, and please keep in mind that the time of day that orders are due are likely to change since Stephen and I are on opposite sides of the world.
