I too salute Alan, job well done!

I got a good deal with Joey initially, and that stuck throughout the game. My part boiled down into pretty much nothing towards the end, so this kind of draw was probably the best I could hope for. I was slightly worried that I would get sidwinded by a combination of Poland and Egypt, but France surging ahead made that pretty unlikely.

Nice game, though the amount of communication did drop dramatically the last few years.

dang. i would like to thank everyone who participated for a great game, especially Alan for running it!


it was kind of a strange game, started out with a lot of action and negotiation, then once a few of the players were eliminated and a stalemate between poland ukraine egypt and france was obvious, the negotiation pretty much stopped because i think everyone was expecting the eog proposals to pass easily.


then the french turned on me, and if mike would have waited maybe two more turns i probably would have had half my units moved from the border because i was getting ready to help mikael fight mick. then even stranger, mick and i became allies trying to stop mike from getting a solo.


i am kind of disappointed, i think the fight between us four would have been pretty exciting, but i am also glad because i was getting relly paranoid about mikael and mike, and still worried about mike in france.


good game though to all players, looking forward to playing with some of you again.

A Four way draw is shared between les Frenchman, Michael Thompson, the Pole Joey Pedicini, The Ukrainian Mikael Johansson, and the Egyptian Mick Cox.

This was a great game to run -- only a few missing orders throughout the entire game and the interest was pretty high throughout the whole thing. I'd still like to see Michael Thompson try to go for the solo but its too late for that now. I'd like to see end of game statements from all the players, if at all possible.
