Dear Players.

I've been a day out all week and i've stuffed up a lot of my deadlines so here is a clarification for all of you in all my games. I would also like to wish all my players a happy new year for 2007. If the Diplomacy fairies does not bring you what you want, may you still find joy in petty revenge.
