Dc137 Fall 1906 WAS due Friday 4th January, 9pm Australian EST.

I am missing 2 moves, from our express players.

Austria and Germany. (They have now both used their grace period).

Both players have 23 hours and 40 minutes to submit moves and votes. A NMR remember wil count as a YES vote for the Draw excluding France proposal.

I will adjudicate as soon as i have moves from both players OR the time is up.
