Surprise, surprise.. I disagree.
The 2:2 standoff between Austria and Russia in Galicia make it so that neither attack actually occurs. How can the army in Galicia actually be 'dislodged' if the Austrian attack did not actually take place?
In addition, I have never heard of a situation where a unit was dislodged but not forced to retreat.
Of course, because of the 'planned' attack by Austria that would typically mean that the support fom Galicia was still cut. Except where that Vienna cannot cut support for an attack on itself.
