The Rubber Bands Are Heading in the Right Direction
As the Heartland and Quebec hope they are heading in when they retreat to Milwaukee and the Sea of Labrador respectively. Heartland retreats the Beauce army OTB as well. As for Peru, I did not receive a retreat and thus, as per my HR's, retreated the fleet OTB. (Alex, please let me know if I erred and you have an order confirmation from me.)
