Breaking the crusty cookie open we find: "Hell is paved with good intentions"...

And, in fact, several units find their way to that parking lot down below as forces vanish from the board in Kansas, Missouri and Dallas. Meanwhile, Florida recruits new talent in Tampa and Jac, Cuba finds more revolutionaries in Kin, California launches a new Silicon Valley design team in San Diego, and some toughs come into the action in Phillie. New York also transforms some garbage scows into man-o-wars, and Mexico wakes the slumbering Banditoes from their siesta and puts them to action in Gua and Mex.
