Gentlemen,

Through sword and fire, France moves into an impressive 20 center solo victory. Equally impressive, in my mind however, is the fact that in a quiet little corner of Turkey, the Sultan takes some back and ekes out a survival. While cities everywhere begin importing wines and smelly cheeses, Turkey beats back all four nations attacking it and regains Smyrna from Italian hands...

With that, peace falls in Europe. My congratulations to Mike H for his worthy victory. My hats off, also, to all of you players who have battled your hearts out to this point. EOGs, of course, are very welcome - let us know what you think of the game and its result. =)
