Dc159 Winter 1901.

Unfortunately I was not able to clarify German's build orders by the deadline, despite numerous emails to Joey. Therefore Germany will waive his build (yet not suffer an NMR). Hopefully this set back will not hamper Germany too much in the days of increased flooding.

France Build a Fleet in Brest and an Army in Paris.
Germany Build WAIVED
Italy Builds Fleet Naples.
Russia Builds a fleet in St Petersburg (NC), a fleet in Moscow and a fleet in Sevastapol.
