Heya gang,

An England/Russia/France/Turkey four-way draw has been proposed for DC-129. If everyone could submit a yay or nay vote with their Fall 08 turn orders, I'd appreciate it. Lets see if peace will reign or see if the bloodhsed will continue. =)
